If you’re planning on selling your vehicle and purchasing a new one, you have a few options for updating or transferring your tracking service:

• Cancellation and new contract - You are able to cancel your existing contract and enter into a new 36-month Tracker contract with a reduced settlement fee, depending on the remainder of the existing contract period. Tracker offers a range of services. To choose the one that best fits your needs, click here.
• Unit transfer - Allows you to transfer your existing Tracker contract to another vehicle. A service fee will be charged, and you will need to set up an appointment for a new unit to be installed.
• Change of ownership - Applicable if you sell your vehicle and the new owner agrees to take over the remaining period of your Tracker contract.
• Settlement - We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you decide to end your contract, we’ll provide a settlement amount based on your remaining term.
